01 Overview
mysetup ("we", "us") is an app for building, sharing, and reimagining desk setups. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what the app needs to work.
By using mysetup you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
02 What we collect

We do not collect your payment card details. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which share only the purchase result with us (via RevenueCat).
03 How we use it
- To provide the core app: your library, boards, posts, and profile.
- To generate AI Revamp renders and gear scan results you request.
- To manage subscriptions, free trials, and plan limits.
- To keep the community safe and respond to feedback.
- To fix bugs, monitor performance, and improve features.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own advertising profiles.
05 Photos & AI processing
When you use AI Revamp, gear scan, or background removal, the relevant photo is sent to the AI provider listed above to produce the result you asked for. This happens only when you trigger those features.
Good to know: these providers process your image to return a result and are not permitted to use your photos to train their models for their own purposes. Don't upload photos that contain other people or sensitive documents.
06 Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual items, boards, and posts at any time in the app.
You can permanently delete your entire account from Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, setups, gear, posts, and stored photos, and cannot be undone.
07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by emailing mysetupapp@gmail.com.
08 Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting provider under access controls (row-level security) so that you can only reach your own content. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
09 Children
mysetup is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
10 Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
