These Terms are a legal agreement between you and mysetup ("we", "us") governing your use of the mysetup app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use mysetup.
You keep ownership of the photos, boards, posts, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating and promoting mysetup.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. Anything you mark public may be visible to other users.

mysetup offers an optional Pro subscription with monthly and yearly plans, which may include a free trial.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any free-trial period ends when a subscription is purchased. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
Some product links in mysetup are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate and through similar programs, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not the seller and are not responsible for third-party products, prices, or fulfillment.
AI Revamp, gear scan, and similar features generate results using automated models. Output may be inaccurate, imperfect, or not to scale, and is provided for inspiration only. Verify product details and specs before making purchases. Don't rely on AI output as professional advice.
The mysetup app, its name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative apps from it.
You can stop using mysetup and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app and its users. Sections that by nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
mysetup is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mysetup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the app evolves; material changes are reflected by the "Effective" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
